This morning, I was restless and could not sleep. I usually wake up at 3:30 AM, but for some reason, that wasn’t enough. So I started doomscrolling the news and stumbled on a video that made me angrier than I have ever been.

Here is why I am furious, and why you were going to be, too, when I'm done.

We are all experiencing the same thing. We are in a period of American history in which it is hard to sleep with the fear that something more horrific is going to occur than happened the day before. I just spoke at a rally supporting and remembering the name of Renee Nicole Good, the Minneapolis mother of three who was shot in the face by an ice officer in an open and wanton case of murder. I thought I had seen enough to make me as angry as I could possibly be at this regime.
